Sports clubs
Try your hand at all kinds of different sports: from Asian martial arts to kayaking and canoe polo to Zumba. All the clubs have junior divisions for children and young people. Discover the wide range of sports on offer for all ages!
Numerous successful teams are helping to spread our good reputation as a sporting region throughout Germany: the BSV Sachsen Zwickau (women's handball, 1st Division), the RB Zwickau (wheelchair basketball, 1st Division), the KSV Glauchau (canoe polo, 1st Division), the VfL 05 Hohenstein-Ernstthal (DFB Futsal Division), the ETC Crimmitschau (ice hockey, 2nd Division) and the FSV Zwickau (football, 4th Division).
Sports & exercise facilities
For fans of motorsport, Grand Prix motorcycling racing is the highlight of the season on the Sachsenring at Hohenstein-Ernstthal. There are also spectacular Motocross tracks, not to mention the state-of-the-art kart racing Arena E in Mülsen.
