Vocational training: Motoring towards apprenticeships.

Companies in the region notify an average of up to 1,700 apprenticeships every year. This trend has increased in recent years thanks to a flourishing economy in need of new talent. Nine vocational centres provide outstanding learning environments and foster strong ties between trainees and their companies.

One example is the August Horch centre in Zwickau. It is a centre of excellence in the district for technical education and training. It boasts innovative new approaches to training and state-of-the-art equipment.
